attack form latios

Alright this is my entry for called Pokemon Formes

took me about 2 hours to make in 5 layers

for my entry i made a picture of latios,but instead of your regular latios i made it a little different, i changed his wings, added a gem to his head( called dragon gem) and added small cannons into his arm, for quick attacks(like dragon pulse)


about the dragon gem, in order to get, you need to fuse a dragon fang with soul dew, them you give to latios to hold
